Our format will be following the Insight method for discussion. Review this process in the Companion Guide for Groups on page 13-17. Our moderator will begin the discussion.
Agreements for Group Participation

▶ Respecting the group guidelines and the role of the facilitator.
▶ No commenting or interrupting when a group member is sharing.
▶ Holding confidentiality throughout the course of the group sessions, inside and outside of the sessions.
▶ Sharing only one’s own personal story.
